May we take this opportunity to thank you for your professional services and advice regarding my mother's estate. We have reached the conclusion that Mum wanted and we are very pleased with the result. We can now continue to rest of our lives knowing that we carried out Mum's wishes.

After 5 months of continuous negotiations with our travel insurance company for the cancellation of our QM2 Cruise from Australia to Southampton, they informed me that I was not eligible and rejected the claim. So I turned to some of the top solicitors who didn't really want to know, then I found Alpass & Associates. Alan was right on to it and I highly recommend him for his total commitment and professional services.  After a further 3 months, the travel insurance company finally settled and payed me out the full amount.  My wife and I were in a state of shock for a while and over the moon.  Thank you Alpass & Associates so much.

I specifically wanted to mention Lea Wright, who has been tremendous in communicating with me in person when I was in Australia and particularly via email in the US. She has been unfailingly professional, efficient, caring and responsive and I am very grateful for her excellent service over the past two years finalizing my mother’s estate. She has kept on top of the myriad of details that needed to be finalized and coordinated with the accounting service particularly well as they were not always on top of things as they should have been. She is amazing.
