Ashlee He

Ashlee is a detail-oriented Conveyancer at Alpass & Associates, experienced in managing residential property transactions from commencement through to settlement. She prepares Contracts of Sale and Section 32 Statements independently, and provides legal advice on these documents under the supervision of the Principal Solicitor.

She coordinates settlements via PEXA and liaises with clients, lenders, and agents to ensure matters progress efficiently and smoothly, including managing adjustments, key dates, and settlement-related issues. Ashlee has experience in lodging and withdrawing caveats and preparing lost title applications.

She has had exposure to off-the-plan and commercial property transactions and is continuing to develop her expertise in these areas, along with prior experience in mortgage settlements. She is currently undertaking an Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing.

Outside of work, Ashlee enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and reading.
